When you call or email us to make an appointment, you should know the age and square footage of the building to be inspected. You should also know if there are additional buildings on the property to be inspected. If you are not sure how many square feet the property is or how old the property is, you might find this information at the web site of the Assessor's Office of your county (See Useful Links), or from your realtor.

Payment Options

• Inspection fees are due immediately after signing the inspection agreement and before the inspection begins.
• Payment can be made using cash, money order, or check.

Inspections can also be scheduled via email. If you do send email, please include the property address, including city or township, your real estate agent's name and agency if applicable, and your preferred time and date of inspection.
