The report was organized is a manner to make sure that key areas were addressed. Having pictures was extremely helpful & then following up with correct diagrams, etc. Also, using arrows within the pictures to show problems is extremely helpful. It is also good to know what you did & did not inspect which was also in your report. The equipment used was also nice - having you check the outlets, turnoff switches & also where we had some plaster damage it was very good that you had equipment that indicated there wasn't any current water coming trough but from previous issues.
