We will deliver your report via email within 24 hours of the inspection, and your printed report will be mailed within 48 hours. As NACHI members, we utilize the extensive knowledge base and sharing of knowledge provided to us through our membership. This allows us to provide you with a more accurate and useful report.

After you receive your report, we are always available to address your questions. We have even gone with clients on final walk-throughs to check on items that the seller agreed to deliver before closing at no additional charge. Our clients often comment on our eye for detail and thoroughness during the inspection. Our goal is for you to know as much as possible about the condition of the property you are considering, both positive and negative, at the end of the inspection. The truth is that most issues are minor and easily resolved, but left unattended, they can often become expensive and our goal is to help you understand how to remedy any issues before they become expensive.
